To Start

Roasted Tomato Cream soup

Mix of grilled tomatoes, goat cheese, basil, olive oil and toasted country bread.

Mussel Cream Soup

Mussels in white wine with fennel, leek and croutons of fine herbs.

Beetroot Salad

With balsamic vinaigrette, pistachio, pine nut, avocado, pita bread and Reggiano Parmesan cheese.

Fillet Mignon

With chilhuacle and cabozola chili sauce, mashed potatoes with truffle and rosemary vegetables.
